- Information provided directly: Data you give us when you sign up on the platform, write to us, contact our customer service or use our services.

- End User information: In our role as Data Processor, we receive End User data through Your Business or directly through their interactions with the Omniatix platform deployed by Your Business.
3.2. How do we use personal information?
We use the personal information collected for various purposes, always in compliance with applicable law and the legal bases mentioned above:
3.2.1. Use of data of Your Business (Customer) and Customer Employees

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including meeting legal, accounting or reporting requirements. The criteria used to determine our retention periods include:

- End User data: As Data Processor, we keep the conversations and the other End User data while Your Business has the service active and according to its instructions. Your Business can turn off the conversation log and ask us to delete the data of a person. Technical traces are deleted on their own after 30 days. When the service ends, if Your Business asks for it, we return the data to it, and we delete it within 90 days, unless the law requires us to keep it.
- Website Visitor data: The contact data you send us by email is kept for up to 1 year after the inquiry or request is resolved, unless a business relationship is established afterwards. What Cloudflare keeps when it delivers the Website is stated in its own policy (2.2.4).
At the end of the established retention periods, personal data will be securely deleted or anonymized, unless a legal obligation requires it to be kept for a longer period.
